Please let all the Key Users know that we will be executing in full force, the following UATs :
1. Finance (AR, AP)
2. HR
3. Costing ( It requires OPM users to be present)
4. Purchasing
5. Inventory
So I will request you to inform the Key Users to be present in every working day so that the UAT execution is smooth. In addition, if we require any specific requirements from the Key Users, I will let you know one day in advance.

Please read the message from Head of ERP Project below and enable the ISD connectivity between 10:00AM and 11:00AM on the 17th November, 2013 (Sunday) at the ground floor conference room (HO) for teleconferencing. Confirm via email once the connectivity is ready and let us know the direct line number as well. .
Since this meeting could not be held today as per the schedule, I will request you to reschedule it to Monday (18-Nov-2013) between 12.30 pm to 01.30 pm.
