Throughput Analysis in an organization

Business analysis should not be based on Make or Buy and Contribution margin analysis. I think analysis must go for 360 degree analysis of a problem to be solved really. from production to sale, every business must think for throughput analysis and limiting factors analysis as because maximization of profits not depends on maximum sales only but also on good manufacturing process. If limiting factors analysis or bottleneck is found anywhere, management must focus on those issues to resolve. Reducing yield loss will give more results than to increase marginal sales.
